The staff at Bay View prides itself with providing a depth of the very best supportive services available while fully respecting the independence, self-sufficiency, dignity, autonomy and independence of its residents. Nowhere else will you encounter a staff that so profoundly cares for the welfare and comfort of its residents than at Bay View. This mentality is shared by the staff at our sister Nursing Care community, Adams House and is a hallmark of The Home’s unique legacy as a Life Care Community.
Founded on that legacy of over 115 years, the entire team of caregivers; from the front desk, personal care referral professionals, maintenance, housekeeping and the dining room staff are of a disposition to serve. You find everyone helpful and genuinely engaged in their activities and the residents with whom they interact. Bay View is more a neighborhood than a residential community where staff interaction is engaging, personable, helpful and pleasant.
