Moving Into Bayview


 

Bay View's Priority List

A check made payable to Bay View for $5,000 places your name on the Priority List:

 


 

  • This check is refundable at any time (interest in not accrued)
  • Being on the Priority List entitles you to receive Bay View’s Residence and Use Agreement, Financial Assessment, Health Assessment Form, and the lease agreement for your review and completion
  • When a unit becomes available, individuals on the Priority List are notified according to the chronological order in which their check was received
  • At this time you have the option of reserving the available unit or waiting until another unit becomes available
  • If you choose to reserve the available unit, then the $5,000 is put towards your entrance fee
  • If at any time you wish to be removed from the Priority List, then the $5,000 will be refunded promptly and in full
  • Being on the Priority List does not obligate you in any way but simply allows Bay View to be an option for you to decide upon in the future
  • An apartment can be reserved with 10% down of the unit price for 30-60 days, but a decision must be made before the 61 st day, and the balance is due one week prior to move-in

* Note: There is no additional entrance fee for a second person. The Entrance Fee is 70% Refundable.

Plan A:

  • Three Meals A Day*
  • One Person - $2,760 Per Month
  • Added Charge Second Person- $1,380 Per Month
  • Couple = $4140 Per Month
  • *Continental Breakfast, Light Lunch And Main Evening Meal
  • 1 Personal Shopping Per Week

Plan B:

  • One Main Evening Meal Per Day
  • One Person: $2,500
  • (No Personal Shopping)
  • Added Charge Second Person: $1,250 Per Month
  • Couple = $3,750 Per Month

Plan C:

No Meals

  • One Person- $2,300 Per Month
  • (No Personal Shopping)
  • Added Charge Second Person: $1,150 Per Month
  • Couple = $3,450 Per Month
