Bay View is an independent living community for mature individuals of advancing age that provides an environment of autonomy, self-sufficiency, freedom, independence, vitality, quality of life and security through respect and compassion. Bay View offers a “bundle” of supportive services, social activities and access to referral counseling for personal care services as may be selected by residents at their discretion to supplement their transitioning lifestyle.

Bay View is conveniently located in Fall River, Massachusetts on 7.5 acres at 4380 North Main Street, opposite Exit 8 on Route 24. Fall River overlooks the Mount Hope Bay area that has a population of 150,000. Bay View is just 18 miles east of Providence, Rhode Island, and 50 miles south of Boston. It is less than 20 minutes to Horseneck Beach, Westport, 30 minutes to Newport, Rhode Island, 15 minutes to Swansea Mall and 10 minutes to local churches, libraries, the business district, restaurants, shopping areas and Bristol Community College. Charlton Memorial Hospital is just 3 miles south of Bay View.

Bay View is comprised of 45 spacious and well-designed private residences. Most residences are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
