Financial, personal and medical information provided by individuals seeking to join THE HOME life care community is utilized solely to determine applicant’s eligibility and ability to meet the requirements per the terms and conditions set forth in our Resident Agreement. All information is safeguarded and used solely by the management of The Home For Aged People in Fall River d.b.a “THE HOME”. Records are retained, on file, for a period of three (3) years unless otherwise directed by the applicant. If an applicant becomes a resident of THE HOME, personal information gathered during the application process and thereafter is retained on file for the entire term of residency and no less than five (5) years thereafter. Medical information of a critical or serious nature may be shared only with a resident’s officially designated next of kin or officially named responsible person.
